| Tina Humann joined JAH in October 2003. She began her career as an auditor
with Ernst & Young in Ft. Worth, Texas. During her five years with Ernst &
Young, she worked in industries ranging from wholesale distribution, banking,
and small businesses. Her most recent experience with Fleming Companies,
a wholesale grocery distributor, included roles as auditor, chief accountant,
and accounting systems coordinator over a course of seven years.
Ms. Humann is a CPA and graduated from Oklahoma State University where
she obtained a B.S. in Accounting.
