| Jim Martin has been with JAH since 1989. His primary focus is on managing the Company’s construction projects, along with overseeing the maintenance and repairs of the Company’s 1.3 million s.f. portfolio. Mr. Martin has 25 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects. His expertise in the development of design-build projects requires that he works directly in the design phase ensuring the basics of sound construction, along with monitoring costs and meeting schedules.
During his tenure with JAH, he has managed the redevelopment of Country Club Corner, Portland Plaza, Glen Oaks and Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center, as well as new construction of the $7.5 million Edmond Exchange Shopping Center at the corner of Broadway & 33rd St. in Edmond. His previous experience also includes management of construction projects such as Anheuser-Busch MCC Lid Center,
John H. Harland Check Printing Plant, ASA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium, Sheraton Hotels, Lexington
Correctional Facility’s expansion, Oklahoma City University’s Norick Art Center, and Rose State College
student service center.
Jim and his wife, Eileen, have two children and reside in Oklahoma City.
