Graham Irvine recently joined the company in January 2007 as Director of Acquisitions.
Prior to joining, he worked at Brinker International for approximately two years as a Real
Estate Manager for Chili's. He was involved in the approval and negotiations of 36 new
Chili's locations throughout Texas, North Carolina and West Virginia.
Before Brinker, Graham worked at Staubach Retail for approximately eight years primaily
as a Tenant Representation Broker in markets throughout the southwest. He worked with retailers
from a variety of industry segments including Anchors, Junior Anchors, Automotive,
Life-style, Food & Drug, Restaurant and Entertainment, and Small Shop.
Graham graduated from the School of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Austin.
He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, a CCIM designee, and a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers.
