Historically JAH Realty has not provided real estate services to
third parties and grew only through investing its own capital in
its property portfolio. Additionally, JAH Realty has never raised
external equity capital for its projects. In order to augment its
growth, JAH is working with some of the leading real estate
investors in the United States as co-investor and capital clients;
however, its strategy remains to be a “principal first.”
